You can return Defected goods (If Any) providing that they are unused. You must contact us via email info@bigbrosurgi.com before returning any items.

You must cover all return postage and state clearly your reason for return. If you wish to exchange any goods postage must be paid for the original delivery and the subsequent exchange.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right not to accept goods back after this time period.

All returned goods must be unused. Postage will not be refunded.
We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered or damaged returned goods.
Any claims for undelivered or returned goods arriving damaged must be made through the courier that you used to despatch us.
